Terrible cancellation process and useless customer service. Even when you do follow their process to try and cancel, by the time they get back to you it’s too late.

I tried to cancel my order within half an hour as it was way more than I expected it to be. Over$220. Only to be told that the cist was shown at checkout. Horrible customer service. Opted for the 25% refund
